A comprehensive,
values-based ethics and compliance program is a vital
part of the HealthTrust culture. We strive to support
the compassionate delivery of health care and to act
with absolute integrity in the way we conduct ourselves
and our business. This is true of our leadership, our
employees and the vendors with whom we choose to do
business.
As a leader in the
industry, HealthTrust established a “business
relationship statement” that outlines our expectations
for vendor conduct—signing this statement is required as
part of becoming a contracted vendor with HealthTrust.
On an annual basis,
HealthTrust responds to questions in an annual
public accountability questionnaire. This report is
available to the public, and is used by HGPII to ensure
adherence to their ethical and business principles.
