The minimum criteria that a vendor must meet to be considered for participation in a contract bid process, includes but is not limited to the following: 

• The vendor’s products and services  will meet or exceed the level of quality, durability and cost-effectiveness of items currently under contract with HealthTrust and being utilized by its members;
   
• The vendor’s distribution system can accommodate HealthTrust’s volume without undue delays or back orders;
   
• Distribution must be of a national scope, so all HealthTrust member facilities may be served efficiently;
   
• The vendor must demonstrate financial stability and long-term viability;
   
• The vendor must be able to provide detailed reports of usage information by member facility, at least quarterly;
