Acumen Healthcare

Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Acumen develops and manages physician-driven surgical facilities. Acumen has 1 acute care facility and 7 surgery centers located primarily in the Sunbelt, as well as the Midwest and Rocky Mountains.

Allegiance Health Management

A post acute healthcare management company based in Shreveport, Louisiana.  Members currently include 1 acute care facility and 2 psychiatric facilities in Shreveport.

American Massage Therapy Association

The American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) represents more than 58,000 massage therapists. Nashville, Tennessee-based Ameris was founded in 1992 as Consolidated Health Corporation. Ameris develops, owns, and manages hospitals and geriatric psychiatric units. Ameris members include 2 Arkansas acute care hospitals: Great River Medical Center and SMC Regional Medical Center.

Amsurg Corporation

With surgery centers all over the United States, AmSurg oversees the clinical services, business office, marketing, financial reporting, accreditation and administrative operations of the surgery centers. Each surgery center is specifically tailored to meet the needs of its related physician practice and typically performs 3,000 to 6,000 procedures per year.

Ardent Health Services

Based in Nashville, Tenn., Ardent owns and operates acute care health systems. Our network includes 11 acute care hospitals, multi-specialty physician groups, a health plan and a nationally- recognized medical laboratory. Ardent was founded in 1993 as Behavioral Healthcare Corporation, an owner and operator of psychiatric hospitals. Ardent owns or operates medical/surgical hospitals and health systems located in growing urban and suburban areas. Through consistent reinvestment, a system-wide focus on quality and access to shared administrative and clinical resources, Ardent is improving health care delivery in the communities it serves.

Associated Healthcare Systems, Inc.

A privately-owned hospital management company based in Brentwood, Tennessee. Currently, the company has 6 acute care facilities in Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, and Tennessee.

Attentus Healthcare

Attentus owns and operates 5 hospital facilities in 3 states in non-urban settings, working hand-in-hand with community leaders, physicians, and employees to provide superior healthcare facilities and services to the residents of their communities. 

Aurora Behavioral Health Care

ABH owns and operates full service behavioral healthcare facilities providing a variety of inpatient, day treatment and outpatient services. Currently, the Company has 5 facilities in California and 1 facility in Illinois.

Behavioral Centers of America (BCA)

Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, BCA is a growing healthcare company committed to the single specialty of psychiatric health care. BCA owns and operates free standing psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers, psychiatric specialty units within medical-surgical hospitals, outpatient diagnostic and treatment clinics, and home based programs in multiple states and locations. BCA HealthTrust members include 2 behavioral centers in Ohio and 1 in Texas.

Cannon County Hospital

Cannon currently operates 2 acute care facilities in Tennessee.

Capella Healthcare

Nashville, Tennessee-based Capella was founded in 2005, by former hospital company executives with over 100 combined years of management experience. The company acquires and operates non-urban, general acute care hospitals and partners with communities that are growing or have service needs that are not currently being met.

Caritas Christi Health Care System

Established in 1985, Caritas Christi Health Care, the second largest health care system in New England, is a comprehensive, integrated health care delivery network providing community-based medicine and tertiary care in eastern Massachusetts, southern New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Caritas Christi Health Care employs 12,000 people, serves 55 communities, and has 1,552 hospital beds.

Catholic Health East

CATHOLIC HEALTH EAST (CHE) is a multi-institutional Catholic health system based in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. Operating in 11 eastern states, the System includes 33 acute care hospitals, four long-term acute care hospitals, 36 freestanding and hospital-based long-term care facilities, 12 assisted-living facilities, five continuing care retirement communities, eight behavioral health and rehabilitation facilities, 25 home health/hospice agencies, and numerous ambulatory and community-based health services. Catholic Health East facilities employ approximately 54,000 full-time employees as partners in ministry.

CH Consulting, Ltd.

CHC is unique among hospital service organizations. Community Hospital Corporation was established in 1996, to preserve the not-for-profit status of community-based hospitals. Community Hospital Consulting, LP was formed by Community Hospital Corporation to provide additional consulting and hospital management services.

Clinton Memorial Hospital

Clinton Memorial operates 1 acute care facility and 8 physician’s offices in Ohio.

Community Health Systems (CHS)

CHS is based in Brentwood, Tennessee, is the leading operator of general acute care hospitals in non-urban markets throughout the United States. CHS operates 127 hospitals in 28 states in addition to a facility in Ireland. These hospitals offer a broad range of inpatient medical and surgical services, outpatient treatment and skilled nursing care.

Cookeville Regional Medical Center

With over 140 physicians providing care in 36 specialties, Cookeville Regional Medical Center, a 247-bed facility, provides inpatient, outpatient, rehabilitation and emergency care in addition to a host of specialty services.

Cullman Regional Medical Center

Cullman Regional Medical Center is one of the newest hospitals in Alabama, with a medical staff representing nearly every specialty in medicine. Discover Vision Centers

Essent Healthcare

Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, Essent currently owns and operates 6 hospitals and 1 surgery center that provide essential high quality care to the residents of their communities. Essent hospitals are financially sound institutions that enhance the stability and growth of the communities they serve.

Gordon E. Inman College of Health Science and Nursing

The Gordon E. Inman College of Health Sciences & Nursing will include Belmont University's nursing, social work, occupational and physical therapy programs. Addressing the existing nursing shortage in Tennessee of almost 7,000 nurses, the Gordon E. Inman College of Health Sciences & Nursing will have a substantial effect on the nursing crisis helping to alleviate the shortage and boosting the economy through earnings of nurses.

Haven Behavioral Healthcare

HealthMark Partners, Inc.

HealthMark Partners, Inc. Health Management Associates, Inc. (HMA)

Headquartered in Naples, Florida, HMA is the premier operator of acute care hospitals primarily located in non-urban areas of the Southeast and Southwest United States. Currently, HealthTrust members include 61 acute care facilities and 1 behavioral health facility.

Horizon Health

Horizon is a leader in the provision and management of psychiatric and rehabilitation services, and a leading provider of contract management services for psychiatric and physical rehabilitation programs in general acute care hospitals. Horizon owns and operates freestanding behavioral health facilities throughout the United States. HealthTrust members include 16 behavior health centers located across the country.

Hospital Corporation of America (HCA)

HCA is the nation’s leading provider of healthcare services, composed of locally managed facilities that include approximately 191 hospitals and 82 outpatient surgery centers in 23 states, England and Switzerland. At its founding in 1968, Nashville-based HCA was one of the nation’s first hospital companies.

Hospital Partners of America, Inc.

Based in Charlotte, NC, Hospital Partners of America is a privately-held healthcare services company established to own and operate general acute care hospitals in partnership with leading physicians throughout the country. The Company was founded in 2003 to deliver patient-focused healthcare in hospital settings. HealthTrust members include 8 facilities in California and Texas.

Hospital Sisters Health System

Incorporated in 1978, the Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is a multi-institutional healthcare system that owns and operates 13 hospitals – eight hospitals in Illinois and five hospitals in Wisconsin.

Iasis Healthcare

Iasis owns and operates 14 general, acute-care hospitals, one behavioral hospital and 3 ambulatory surgery centers in Arizona, Florida, Nevada, Texas and Utah. Nearly 10,000 people are dedicated to providing patient care through Iasis community-based hospital networks.

JCE Healthcare

HealthTrust member, JCE Healthcare, is headquartered in DeQuincy, Louisiana. Current members include 1 acute care facility in Arkansas and 1 in DeQuincy.

LifeCare Holdings

LifeCare is based in Plano, Texas, operates 19 long term acute care hospitals located in nine states. Long term acute care hospitals specialize in the treatment of medically complex patients who require intensive hospital care for an extended period of time.

LifePoint Hospitals

Headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee, LifePoint Hospitals is one of the nation's largest hospital companies focused on non-urban healthcare, with 53 general acute care hospitals in 20 states.

Medical Partners of America

MPA specializing in the development of physician owned healthcare facilities and the management of the operating companies within those facilities. In addition to developing and operating the facility, Medical Partners of America specializes in providing management of the medical business.

Mercy Medical Center is located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa is a regional leader in quality health care and medical technology for eastern Iowa.

Ministry Health Care

Pacer Health Corporation

Pacer Health Corporation is a company that focuses on financially distressed businesses in all market segments including and beyond the healthcare arena. Pacific Surgical Partners

Pacific Surgical Partners was created to own and operate outpatient surgery centers exclusively in southern California, primarily in conjunction with physician partners.

PharmaCare Services, headquartered in San Antonio, is a national pharmacy management and consulting company that was formed in 1996 by hospital pharmacists who helped pioneer the pharmacy outsourcing concept.

Provena Health

Provena Health is a Catholic health system that includes six hospitals, 16 long-term care and senior residential facilities, 28 clinics, five home health agencies and other health-related activities operating in Illinois and Indiana. Provena Health ministries are sponsored by the Franciscan Sisters of the Sacred Heart, the Servants of the Holy Heart of Mary and the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas.

Psychiatric Solutions, Inc.

Current HealthTrust members include 5 facilities in Alabama, Georgia, and Texas.

Riverside Health System

Riverside is an organization of owned or contractually managed not-for-profit and for-profit healthcare and associated support service facilities. The system currently includes 22 facilities and is organized as a private non-profit corporation. Current HealthTrust members include 138 facilities in Virginian including acute care, imaging centers, long-term care, psychiatric services, and surgery centers.

Robert Wood Johnson University

A leading academic medical centers, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital provides state-of-the-art care across the full range of health care services. RWJUH employs 1,300 physicians and surgeons in every specialty are affiliated with the hospital, treats more than 200,000 patients treated annually, and has 584 inpatient beds.

Saint Clare's Health Services

Saint Clare’s Health System, a member of Catholic Health Initiatives, offers a full range of comprehensive medical services, including women's health, maternal-child care, emergency services, pediatrics, behavioral therapy, cardiovascular care, weight loss surgery, and world-class cancer care. They operate 4 hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Signature Healthcare

Signature Healthcare is dedicated to their hospitals and associations in providing quality supplemental health care across the United States to provide highly effective health care staffing services.

Sisters of St. Francis Health Services, Inc.

Sisters of St. Francis Health Services is a hospital system serving Indiana and parts of Illinois. It operates 10 hospitals and employs approximately 16,800 full- and part-time employees. Headquartered in Mishawaka, Indiana, Sisters of St. Francis Health Services currently sponsors acute care facilities, clinics, ambulatory diagnostic and treatment centers, care for the home-bound and community outreach facilities in nine states.

Solantic Corporation

Opening it's first walk-in urgent care center in 2002, Solantic currently operates 13 centers throughout the state. In addition to Urgent Care services, Solantic also offers Occupational Medicine, Digital X-ray, Lab Tests, Solantic Rx, and a variety of Physicals and Immunizations.

Specialty Surgery Centers of America, Inc. (SSCA)

SSCA was formed to assist physicians and management companies develop and operate ambulatory surgery centers in order to maximize their resources. The company currently operates 2 surgery centers located in Tennessee.

SunLink Health Systems, Inc.

SunLink is a non-urban community healthcare provider for 7 hospitals and related businesses in four states in the Southeast and Midwest. Each SunLink hospital is the sole acute general healthcare provider in its community. The company strategically acquires, manages and grows its facilities to improve healthcare in the communities it serves.

SurgCenter Development

SurgCenter partners with local surgeons to create physician-owned and operated ambulatory surgical centers (ASC). SurgCenter Development provides ownership opportunities to physicians who desire to achieve more control over their daily schedule, surgical time, operating room protocols, and surgical staffing. HealthTrust members currently include 15 surgery centers in 8 states.

Surgical Care of America (SCA)

SCA is a surgery center management and development company that works with doctors in the development and management of freestanding and office-based surgery centers in Southern California. With over 18 years experience, SCA also works directly with physicians to develop surgery centers based on local needs.

Trinity Health

Trinity Health, based in Michigan, is the fourth-largest Catholic health system in the United States ($6.1 billion revenue) and employs 44,000 full-time equivalent employees and 8,074 active staff physicians. Trinity Health consists of 21 Ministry Organizations, encompassing 43 hospitals, 29 owned and 379 outpatient clinics/facilities, numerous long-term care facilities, home health and hospice programs, and senior housing communities in seven states.

Ty Cobb is headquartered in Royston, Georgia, is a private, self-supporting non-profit healthcare organization dedicated to serving the community. Ty Cobb’s membership includes 6 facilities throughout Northeast Georgia.

The University of South Alabama Health System (USA Health)

USA Health has 3 acute care facilities in Mobile, Alabama. Comprised of its Hospitals, and the private practice of academic physicians affiliated with the USA College of Medicine, the USA Health System provides patients with many unique and innovative services.

United Surgical Partners International (USPI)

Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, USPI has ownership interests in or operates 141 surgical facilities in the United States and the United Kingdom. Of the Company’s 138 domestic facilities, 78 are jointly owned with 1 not-for-profit healthcare systems.

Universal Health Services, Inc.

Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS), a Fortune 500 company, is one of the nation's largest and most respected healthcare management companies. Our principal business is owning and operating, through our subsidiaries, acute care hospitals, behavioral health centers, surgical hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and radiation oncology centers nationwide and in Puerto Rico. University of Miami Hospital

Located in the heart of Miami, University of Miami is an accredited 560-bed, full service hospital that provides acute care and private rooms for all patients.

Vanguard Health Systems

Vanguard seeks to convert non-profit multi-hospital systems to investor-owned entities while preserving and enhancing their ability to fulfill their missions. With its headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee, Vanguard owns and operates 19 acute care hospitals, 13 diagnostic imaging centers and many other related healthcare services.

Via Christi Health System

Via Christi Health System is the largest provider of heatlh care services in Kansas. They serve Kansas and northeast Oklahoma through our 10 owned or co-owned medical centers, 12 senior services communities and programs, our retail (home-based) and outpatient services, and Preferred Health Systems insurance company. The Via Christi Health System employs more than 9,000 and in FY 2007, generated $1.2 billion in revenue.

Vibra Healthcare, LLC

Vibra Healthcare is a private corporation and currently has multiple hospital operations and outpatient locations in nine states (MA, NJ, KY, OH, MI, TX, CO, OR, CA). Vibra has grown to where it currently operates sixteen freestanding specialty acute care hospitals with more than 1000-beds nationwide that deliver either acute medical rehabilitation or long term acute care.

Wheaton Franciscan Services, Inc.

Located in Wheaton, Illinois, Wheaton Franciscan Services is the parent organization for health and shelter service organizations sponsored in four states by the Wheaton Franciscan Sisters. The Wheaton Franciscan System includes ministries in Colorado, Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin. System services throughout Wisconsin collectively comprise one of the largest health provider systems in the state.
