Becoming A HealthTrust Vendor

Thank you for your interest in becoming a HealthTrust contracted vendor. Before you complete and submit the Prospective Vendor Profile, please review the following:

• Submitting a completed profile does not ensure that your company will become an HealthTrust contracted vendor.
• Please review the current HealthTrust Contract Schedule to see if the current contract for your company's product or service is scheduled to expire this year.  The Schedule is subject to change as a result of changes in the marketplace and to meet the needs of our members.
• Only companies that have the ability to supply all of HealthTrust's membership can be considered as a contracted vendor. Please view the required criteria before submitting your request.
