Prospective Vendor Information

The HealthTrust Contract Schedule provides a comprehensive listing of the contracts that are scheduled to expire in the current year.  The Schedule is subject to change as a result of changes in the marketplace and to meet the needs of our members.
 

Vendors who have not previously contracted with HealthTrust and who meet the criteria specified for HealthTrust Vendors should complete and submit a Prospective Vendor Request Form.
